When Touchstone Energy Cooperatives asked us how they could use a video contest to spread the word about geothermal technology, we said, "Easy. Just bribe some high school kids with gas money." Turns out that's not completely legal, or even remotely ethical. But attach that money to a college scholarship, and you've got the GoGoGeo Scholarship Video Challenge.
