Develop a floorplan interface that allows future residents to explore LEVEL, top to bottom.

Strategy:
In today's digital landscape, online floorplans are a must for any apartment community. While that's great for your average apartment, we knew LEVEL Urban Apartments needed something bigger, better and more... LEVEL. So we asked ourselves, why just show floorplans when we know users would rather experience them? With that single thought in mind, we set out to build a unique, immersive eperience that brings the user to LEVEL, not the other way around.

Execution:
The first step in creating LEVEL's virtual floorplan was getting our hands on a scalable rendering of a finished LEVEL site, created at just the right perspective. From there, it was all jQuery, HTML, CSS and PHP magic. The result is a floor-by-floor and plan-by-plan interactive interface that allows users to explore LEVEL from sidewalk to rooftop, envision what it's like to be part of the LEVEL community, and share their findings through Facebook and Twiter. As part of our 30-day VIP Launch, the virtual floorplan helped LEVEL secure more than 40 pre-leasing applications months before construction is even finished.
