Project:
Introduce OKC to Mello, JCH's newest floorplan creation, with an outdoor board design deserving of its roost above Bricktown - a south-facing, right-hand reader over the Walnut Street bridge as you're leaving Bricktown to the north.
Strategy:
Of all the billboard locations in Oklahoma City, this is one of our favorites. It's highly visible, highly trafficked, and has a young, active audience. Add to that the fact that this is Jeff Click Homes we're talking about, and nothing short of clever, attractive, modern and wonderfully simple is acceptable.
Execution:
Leveraging JCH's propensity to literally introduce the world to their new ventures (see Hello, Modern) we were compelled to carry on the tradition of personifying the built structure. From that, the introductory Meet Mello was born. And to clarify exactly what/who Mello is, we danced around several descriptive lines before landing on the satisfyingly succinct Putting the Mod in Model Home. All of that set in a trendy font mix with pressed-letter treatments to indubitably boost the visual appeal.
