Traction at the 2009 ADDYs
For advertising folks all over Oklahoma City, this year's Valentine's Day wasn't the lovie-dovie affair of Hallmark exploitation we've become so accustomed to. Instead, it was a night of competition, congratulations and covetousness; a night where gold medals were currency and red roses were novelty.
That's right - Saturday, February 14 was the 43rd Annual Oklahoma City ADDY® Awards Gala. And Traction got all Michael Phelps up in there.
Except we brought home 11 medals instead of eight. Okay, maybe they weren't all of the gold variety. And maybe we haven't posed shirtless with them around our necks. But at least we haven't lost any clients due the surfacing of incriminating Addy Afterparty photos.
Come to think of it, maybe we weren't that Michael Phelps-ish. Maybe we just had a strong ADDY® Awards showing like you've come to expect from an agency as humbly talented as Traction Marketing Group.
All joking aside, though, we have some of the best clients an agency could dream of. And if it weren't for them, Traction wouldn't have been in a position to win anything.
